Terrible front desk. The lady, I think her name is Anna is very disrespectful. She is rude! I know she is a senior lady but doesn't mean you have to treat people bad. Also talking with the front desk is useless; they don't know anything!

Limited hours, rude staff As other poster have mentioned, on weekday evenings the pool is only open 7-8:30 M-Th, and not open at all Friday evenings Called to get the hours, and the phone operator (older woman, wish I got her name) was rude, short and dismissive. I like the main Y - the staff are great there - but the pool leaves a lot to be desired
