Clean space

I had a really unpleasant experience at the Bellevue YMCA that I think others should be aware of.I was playing basketball in the main gym and left my wallet in my hoodie pocket on the side. During the game, someone stole it. Im certain it happened there because almost immediately after I realized it was missing, I saw an Uber charge appear on my credit card.What disappointed me even more was how the situation was handled by the staff. When I reported it to the front desk, they didnt seem surprised at all and mentioned that similar incidents had happened before, even in the locker rooms. The way it was communicated made it feel like it was my responsibility to be more careful, rather than them taking the issue seriously.They said they would check the cameras and had a supervisor follow up, but later told me they didnt see anything and asked me to wait for the police. The overall response felt dismissive, like they didnt really want to deal with the situation.I understand this is an older facility and people often complain about cleanliness or equipment, which I personally dont care too much about. But safety and professionalism are much more important. This experience was really disappointing, and I hope the management invests more in staff training and takes member safety more seriously.

We were just kicked off from the basketball without any prior knowledge. We were asked to leave the basketball court without any prior notice that it had been reserved for yoga. There was no schedule posted at the court or at the front desk.It was the third time already.
