I had an awful encounter with the young man at the front desk. He delivered an egregious attitude for no absolute reason, and I'm confused why this issue hasn't been resolved yet (especially with the previous dozens of reviews about this singular person). I understand his circumstances, though, considering that he's working at a Y in Flushing. What's even his job?
