There's a total lack of supervision in the pool and the hot tub with seven kids and a five capacity pool. I told a young lady I need to step down the steps as shes blocking me from entering the spa. In frustration I told her to have some manners for adults, and she got really lippy with me, and me talking back to her once more without raising my tone got me a one year suspension?? because now theyre saying I flipped off a little girl, and cursed and this is all not true. I did curse while talking to staff, trying to explain myself, and in not any presence of any children, though. Can we have an adults only spa, please???
