Great staff, friendly, courteous, and helpful

Terrible experience with youth sports here! We previously enrolled in soccer here and had no issues. We recently enrolled in soccer and will never come back. We showed up to the first practice early and were turned away by 2 coaches that said my son wasnt on their team and to wait for someone else to arrive. No one came and they started practice while my son was on the sideline. Only after I showed them our app with his name on the roster and a coach did they let him join practice. Try explaining all this to a 4 year oldThere were no skills taught and enough kids to have 4 teams with 3 adults who had no plan. They played red light/green light and then scrimmaged one game and half the kids had to sit on the sideline because there were too many. Our experience did not come anywhere close to meeting the core values that YMCA preaches. I reached out the Y and was told he doesnt have a coach. Thanks for an awful experience as a parent and for the players!!!

I have been coming twice a week to the Strength classes offered at the Y in Coppell. The instructor is very nice and fun, and I enjoy the center as a whole. You are greeted by very friendly ladies. You feel welcome.
