I appreciate the service that YMCA offers in general. They truly provide much needed support for their community’s over all health and wellness. I want to share a special compliment to Jeanette Molina, my personal trainer at YMCA of Monroe County- - Southeast. Jeanette is that unique kind of trainer who cares deeply for her clients that she can make them work hard and find such joy in the grueling half or whole hour sessions day in and day out. At each and every session guided by Jeanette - I feel accompanied by her gentleness and strength.
