XX Functional Fitness

Ive been coming here for 2.5 years, and I can honestly say this gym has made a big impact in my life. I never considered myself a gym person, and it took everything in me to even get started. I committed to showing up Monday through Friday for the first six months straight and the rest is history.It wasnt easy at first, but eventually, I started to notice a real differencenot just physically, but mentally. My mood improved, I felt happier longer, and I finally felt like something was working. Even when Ive had moments of slacking (like this past month), its the coachesMikayla and Alec, the ownersthat keep me coming back.Alec isnt just knowledgeablehe cares. He takes time to listen, not just to how youre doing physically, but mentally too. He understands that life outside the gym affects how you show up inside it. He doesnt just tell you what to dohe teaches you why and how to do it right. Thats rare.The atmosphere here is incredibly positive. The community is supportive, welcoming, and everyone genuinely wants to grow. It never feels overcrowded or intimidating, and that makes such a difference.This place has become more than a gym for meits my mental reset after a long day, a place that makes me feel strong and confident. Ive never stuck to something this long in my life, and the growth Ive experiencedinside and outspeaks volumes.I searched for a year to find a gym like this, and I wouldnt recommend it lightly. But for anyone whos serious about making a change and doesnt know where to startthis is the place. Theyll teach you the basics, work with your level, and support you every step of the way.11/10.
