I love this gym ! The atmosphere is amazing ! Even more so due to the class I attend at 5am... Strong that is instructed by the knowledgeable and patient, Victor Martin. I switched to World Gym a few months back and cannot express the major difference in experience from other gyms I have been to. The staff and all of the other customers are friendly and courteous. The gym itself is always very clean with plenty of options. I attend Victor’s 5 am strength class and it has been a game changer to reaching my goals. He puts together a great program for us each day that really pushes the group to reach our maximum potential while keeping us all laughing the whole time.He also makes sure he gives everyone in the group the guidance and support they need to focus on their individual level of training.
