The staff is amazing and very friendly. The gym is spacious, my kids love the day care, there's multiple machines available at all times.

Went to see if my membership offered a guest past (wanted to show a friend) but the man up front didn't even look at me or let me finish my sentence just said"no u have to buy one" I wanted to check. But he blew me off. I tried to call several times and no answer. Good Customer service matters! Its enough for me to cancel my membership with you guys. Maybe hire better people.
