Widespread Fitness

I have just begun training at Widespread Fitness. Matt worked with me one-on-one for my on-ramping to teach me proper form and all of the movements we would be doing in class. Hes excellent! Hes very knowledgeable and very patient and was a pleasure to work with.I have now been in 3 group classes and really feel like Im finally getting somewhere with my fitness level. Before I was just lacking the discipline I needed to do my own workouts. Everyone I have met in the class are encouraging and motivated!This is an excellent place and an excellent way to stay in shape if you are seeking something more structured AND fun!

He goes above and beyond to create not just a tough workout, but a truly thoughtful training experience.Matthew is deeply attentive to form and movement quality, which is important to me. He even intentionally helps members track performance and make measurable progress over time.Its clear this gym is built on care, excellence, and a commitment to helping members get better. Highly recommend!
