Westchester Boot Camp

Carla, my coach or some call her Boss! I have been dedicated to Carla going on my 13th year. You wouldn’t find a better, more talented, coach w/everything from guidance on food, weight, protein intake, proper form, compassion, research and everything in between. I have never been tempted to leave because other people have and they always come back. She is awesome!

What started as a casual invite from a friend turned into one of the best decisions I’ve made. I typically prefer cardio over weights and used to avoid them, but Carla completely changed that. What I thought would be a short-lived moment has become a real movement in my daily routine. I’ve been consistently showing up to her 5:30am class (which says everything), and it’s now something I genuinely look forward to. Carla is knowledgeable, motivating, and brings great energy to every session. Her classes are well-structured, with effective warm-ups and cool-down stretches that truly make a difference. What really sets her apart is how she sees potential in you, even when you don’t and supports you to get stronger, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend Carla and her class… you won’t regret it!

I took Carla’s boot camp class for ten days before heading out on a two–week vacation, and I was surprised how quickly I started to feel stronger and more confident. Even though I could have joined live virtually while I was away, I didn’t have the wifi I needed to make that work. Carla is an excellent coach: she spots everyone, corrects form, and offers smart modifications when needed, even for virtual participants. She’s caring, funny, honest, and clearly knowledgeable, which makes the workouts both effective and enjoyable. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a supportive push and a coach who truly pays attention.
