Its been a great place to start training again . Everyone has been supportive of me And the workouts have been awesome. Ben Humphrey and his staff have been amazing. Extremely knowledgeable of the Fitness industry and offer a variety of options.I enjoy the Boot Camps because of the group setting. I think working out with others tends to motivate you to do your best. Since starting in January 1/1/26 Im down 12 lbs. and getting stronger every week.

I am 78 and drove by this gym for years. Decided to inquire and it was the best decision. They couldn't be more patient friendly and educated. I am stronger, have lost weight have better balance and I can't wait to keep making improvements.

I've been going to WCFC for almost two months now! The workouts are always challenging, the trainers are great, and the people who attend bootcamp are so supportive to one another. Plus in just 2 months I've gone down 2 sizes in workout shorts :) Love this place!
