As someone entirely new to going to a gym, I couldnt be happier with my experience here. Every person Ive encounteredwhether trainers or fellow attendeeshas been friendly, genuine, and completely free of ego or judgment. The workouts are challenging and well-structured, and the trainers not only demonstrate techniques before a session, but also provide ongoing technique checks throughout the session. Highly recommended for anyone!

I Love this Gym! The coaches create a positive, enthusiastic, and safe environment to work towards your goals. The community of members they have created is top notch. There is never a competitive vibe-only support for the hard work we all accomplish at whatever level we are feeling that day. I am truly grateful for the community at Vashon Strong.
