I’ve been coming to this gym consistently, and one thing that’s really frustrating is that there are no Kleenex available anymore. This is something they always used to have, so it’s not like it’s a new concept. It’s a basic necessity, especially in a place where people are sweating, dealing with allergies, or just need something quick to wipe their face. What makes it worse is that the membership fees never stop. We’re all paying every single month, on time, no exceptions.. so why are basic amenities suddenly missing? How hard is it to keep Kleenex stocked? It’s honestly unacceptable for a gym to cut corners on something so simple. If you’re going to charge people consistently, the least you can do is maintain the small things that make a difference in the experience

I like this Vassa location, it's not as crowded as the one on Buckley and Quincy

I’ve had problems since I joined. It was $10 a month for the membership until they kept pulling $75 out of my account every month. When I called, they said it was a mandatory “cleaning fee.” I then paid an add $25 to cancel my membership, twice, and they still are actively pulling money out of my account every month. I’ve called, I’ve used the app, I’ve done pretty much everything I can to make this gym leave me and my money alone, and they will not. Changing bank account numbers soon because it seems like the only option at this point.
