This people are the worst. They have been charging my account every month more than year , when i never used the gym. I called them multiple times, the staff woukd give me another number to call and cancel. Not only that last month they charged me $50 yearly guarantee feel to my account with our concent. I called them to request for refund, I said I dont want to continue, same story, they woukd give me another number to call and no one respond. And now they are cancelling my membership, with out returning the $50, the yearly gurantee fee which barely started last month, not only that they charging for the next month too saying its 30days notice, even tho when they emailed saying , they will give me two months free to decide, yet charging....absolutely horrifying experience and disgusting way to make money off the customers...I highly recommend staying away from these people.
