The gym itself is great. But unlike any other subscription that you would have, they require you to give a one month notice of cancellation. Which is just a front for pay us another month if you want to cancel. No subscriptions work like that. I just paid for a month, if I cancel I should be able to seamlessly cancel without paying extra money. The month is already covered. Highlighted in the agreement or not (not claiming it wasn't) this is a terrible customer experience. Its strategy to suck money out of a customers pocket not welcome them back.
