Liana is super rude. She took an attitude with my friend and k the whole time we were trying to figure out how to add me to her profile as a guest. Kept talking in a snarky manner and then when my friend was simply explaining what she was seeing on her phone Liana snaps “don’t get upset with me” at my friend and that was uncalled for because all my friend was doing was explaining. The gym itself is good and clean but the employees seem okay with being rude to customers and guests
