I'm so glad I took the plunge in personal training starting January of this year. I've been hesitant since it's hard for me just pick someone let alone meet someone new that I can trust. Through word of mouth from a friend, I found Coach Ken. He is wonderful! Right amount of challenge, gets to know you, and holds you accountable throughout the week. Not only does he challenge you in workouts but also in life and help you anyway he can. I'm grateful and can't wait for how the rest of this year will look like!
