As a performance physical therapist I don't leave gym reviews lightly. Coach Nick is the man! I've had the pleasure of working with Nick in Exton and Sean at Newtown Square. Nick makes working out fun! The workouts are excellent, he plays some awesome music, and keeps things lighthearted and fun! Even a grueling leg day is enjoyable here! I'd highly recommend anyone in the Exton area check this place out if you want to take charge of your fitness and make 2026 the best year yet!

Very detailed explanation by the trainer on what I am looking for as a beginner to gym. Also provided the different options that are available at the Exton location. Excited to start my new routine with United fitness

The 6 week challenge is not free like advertised. Upon my consultation, I was told it was 497 that could be refunded if I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks. This is information that could be provided without having to take the time to stop in. I was transparent that Im on a GLP1 to which I was told should not be a problem. I later received a message saying I would not be refunded regardless of the weight I lost. I guarantee theres people who are not upfront about being on an GLP1 so I feel its unfair to completely rule out someone whos transparent.
