Really enjoy coming to workout here each day and Coach Chris has been amazing with us! He is so dedicated, challenges us to do more for ourselves, and motivates us. We really appreciate his work ethic and how he always shows up and on time - something I always struggled with in past gyms from other coaches. Not here. The expectation is for us to show up on time and be ready to work. He is pleasant to workout with, the people are friendly, which may attribute to those that the coaches attract, and yes, the gym is CLEAN. Also something that I did not find in other gyms....Expect a good 3 challenging circuits to run through and a good sweat sesh. Coaches Eric and Maya are also excellent.

I came here two times already and its so much fun! The coaches are super friendly and they pay so much attention to everyone! I love it here and always feel motivated!

I've been a member at United Fitness for almost two years. The gym is clean, wellorganized, but what really makes this place stand out is the coaches who run it.I'm consistent--working out 5-6 days a week--but for a long time I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. That changed when I joined the 6week challenge. With the support of the coaches, I lost 18 pounds and finally started seeing the progress I'd been working so hard for. It was the push I needed.One of the things I love most about United Fitness is how focused and intentional the workouts are. Each day targets specific areas of the body, so you're constantly challenged, never bored, and always working toward balanced results. It keeps the workouts fresh and makes every session feel purposeful.The coaches at United Fitness are on another level. Chris, Eric, Josh, and Nate are friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging. They don't just cheer you on--they push you, hold you accountable, and make sure you're getting the most out of every session. Their guidance has made a huge difference in my training and my confidence.United Fitness delivers the perfect mix of structure, community, motivation, and real results. I'm grateful for the progress I've made and the support I've received, and I'm excited to keep going.
