UNDENIED Fitness

I started at Undenied Fitness about two months ago and I couldn't be happier. Greg is not only incredibly competent with all aspects of strength training but his passion for fitness is what really stands out. I have had personal trainers in the past and I have never had a personalized program that is specifically designed for me and my goals. It is very thought out with progressive phases that build on one another. It's exactly what I have been looking for to take me to the next level. I love that the small group nature of the classes means Coach Greg is able to take the time to make sure I fully understand and master each movement.
