I loved this gym I always came here for years with my aunt but when I was finally old enough to pay for my own membership I was happy and I took that chance. I stopped going in December so I went in person to cancel and they made me pay a few to cancel. Turns out Ive been getting charged 84 dollars every month even after I canceled my account. Mind you Ive started a new gym and totally forgot this one until I saw they charged me. I called them three times they said they were gonna have victor call me. I called yesterday victor answered and he said no one told him anything about me. That shoes how unorganized they are. He had me waiting them sad that he for sure canceled it and I wouldnt get a charge anymore. Perfect and Im all happy cuz Im getting a refund right. So after the call two hours later they charge me again 84 after just calling them. At that point I had to call the bank to cancel this card and get a new one. I tried calling them again three more times obviously they dont want to stop scamming me so they didnt answer. So glad Im finally done with this gym. Best to avoid be careful its not cheap paying for something that you dont use. That place need to be investigated because where is my money going and why are they charging me 84 dollars twice this week its crazy I have wait 10 days for their mistake.

Ive been waiting for a refund (not getting it anymore) and a call from one of the manager for a month to get a condescending email a month and 10 days after my initial issue. I called over 10 times to talk to Victor and today he blessed me with an answer after someone from the staff had confirmed he had refunded me a month ago. Turns out no refund. The way this gym treats its customers is astonishing. A shame because I truly enjoyed going there.
