A great place. Great instructors who care. A well thought out balanced workout which hits all of the key fitness areas. Yes it is challenging, but anything worth doing is challenging. It is scalable so if you are new don’t worry. The instructors understand we are all at different fitness levels. They will push you, but isn’t that why you are there?

Great workout and facility! I loved the instructor, Kay. Very knowledgeable and engaged with each class member. After the workout I felt uncomfortable with the pressure to sign up/pay for more workouts. I explained that I was unsure of what I was ready to commit to, but the instructor at the desk continued to push. This made me feel as if I do not want to return.
