I recently jumped back into crossfit after about 5 years. Twin Bridges welcomed me with open arms. Workouts are designed for all fitness levels/abilities and knowledgeable coaching staff is icing on the cake. The gym itself is a phenomenal space and class sizes allow for critical feedback from coaches.

Twin Bridges CrossFit has been exceptional! I have no prior experience with CrossFit. The Owner Edward & all the coaches are very knowledgeable. They have been very patient and consistent in making sure I get the most productive workout possible. They also pay close attention to proper form and lifting techniques so not only will get the most out of every workout but will help prevent injury. I would definitely recommend 10/10 ⭐️

Twin Bridges CrossFit with Edward is a great place for beginners (like me) and also for people who have been doing this for years. The coaches challenge you, push you to be your best, and help you do the exercises right not just make you “look cool”. 5/5 recommend for all. 💪🏻
