Hidden fees poor service

This place claims they pride themselves on high level care but it’s completely a joke. Jeremy instead of focusing on my health and recovery he wanted to talk about current issues in the news. I felt rushed and not properly cared for. Not to mention they are the only facility that wants you to pay an extra 15 bucks after your insurance for fake high level care. I believe that 15 bucks goes towards the app that they want you to download. Jeremy told me to download the app and there would be home exercises on it. Well I downloaded the app and there was no exercises. I refreshed the page at least ten times still no activities or exercises. He and Marshall mentioned that if the exercises wasn’t on the app for me to call front desk. So basically I have to remind them to do their job. This is not the state of the art care these people advertised and make you pay an extra 15 dollars for. I’m never going back and I advised people reading my review not to entertain this place. It’s a money grab and they don’t care about you. That’s my experience with Jeremy and Marshall.
