True Fitness has been a special experience. The atmosphere stands out from day one. Ownership sets the tone with their warmth and professionalism. All of the coaches are attentive and inspiring! They do a great job of easing you in durning the first month, ensuring the workouts are manageable and not overwhelming. In addition the True Fitness community is welcoming and supportive to everyone who walks through the door. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to change the trajectory of their health and fitness!!

I am new to Crossfit and True Fitness has been great. The workouts have been tough and exactly what I wanted. The coaches are helpful, I am learning a lot with every new class I attend. A great place with great people.
