Nearly 3 years coming here and love this space so much the trainers and entire team are so kind and thoughtful. so grateful to have the opportunity to grow, laugh and reset with friends and family here in an enriching way. Cheers to the next year!

I moved to the area about two years ago I am so grateful for the studio and all the great trainers. Ive been doing Lagree for 8 years and it is just the best workout. I hate working out but I love Lagree and I love Trim!Lagree is high intensity, low impact, and the Trim trainers really know how to give you an awesome work out, getting you into the moves on the Megaformer with great instruction. They are attentive and know how to tailor it to clients when they have injuries or if something is bothering them.I see the best results in my body and strength with this workout. Definitely give it a try and see if you fall in love with it too!

This studio is kicking my butt in the best way! Its like Pilates on steroids. Sim is my favorite coach so far, but all of them are wonderful with their own styles.
