Trident Training Club

Trident is a great place to get strong and be supported by amazing coaches. The training offered is made to keep you going for the long-term. I can't recommend Trident enough!

John crushed it yesterday! We had a diverse class with 12 people of all different levels. Lots of fun and energy training with that many early in the morning on a Friday. Johns command of the class along with enthusiasm and support was great. He's a very good trainer. Feeling it today in the best of ways. The negative (resistance) pull ups were awesome. Shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps are all talking today.

Im 47 and was not in a good way when I called Trident and spoke with Tom.I figured working out and having a personal trainer would help get me back to feeling like me again but that wasnt the case.I had Googled local fitness places around me in Lewes and when I got to Trident it was the only one that didnt feel snooty with a bunch of pretentious people, and thats exactly how it was.I had Jon as my personal trainer and he was very patient with me and dealt with me cause I never started feeling better so for three months . I felt bad for him cause of all the work he was doing and nothing was getting better.After the three months was over I then decided to get checked out and had my blood tested, and quickly learned I should have done that first cause I had very low numbers on everything that has to do with feeling how I was feeling.Im saying all this to possibly help the next person around my age feeling how I was but not realizing I wasnt in my 30s anymore.I suggest getting checked out first before doing the work out training.If I would have done that the workouts would have worked and I would have felt the way you should feel when working out.Thank you to Jon for being so patient with me , it really meant a lot !I absolutely recommend Trident for getting back in shape or people into sports and training off season ( there was a bunch of people there doing that )
