Veevee is energetic and so encouraging; she challenges me to push myself in class! I love that even in a completely full class she takes the time to make sure everyone is individually supported; she will support our form and even change our springs when she knows we can handle more or makes it totally comfortable to do less! I love starting off my day in her class!

I love both the mat pilates and reformer pilates classes! Everyone is very friendly and I like the small class sizes. Would definitely recommend, especially for anyone who is newer to pilates or workout classes in general.

Ive tried a handful of Pilates/strength studios in Seattle, and Tribe Fitness really stands out. The instructors hands-on assists offer thoughtful corrections and modifications to perfect your form. Each class is challenging with varying spring levels but still approachable to all levels.The music is always on point with a nice sound system, which makes the hard workouts fly by. The space itself is clean, filled with natural light, provides towels and water (almost unheard of these days!) and conveniently located on Broadway.I tried them out originally from ClassPass and find there are enough flexible classes I can always fit one in my schedule each week.Highly recommend if youre looking for a studio where you feel supported and actually are excited to come back.
