Trial Built CrossFit

Im a complete newbie when it comes to working out especially CrossFit and joining Trial Built CrossFit has been one of the best decisions Ive made. Ive been with the gym since October 2025 and from day one Ive always felt included and supported.This gym truly feels like a family. No matter your athletic level everyone is encouraged and welcomed. The workouts are definitely challenging but they are always tailored to my ability which makes a huge difference. The coaches explain each workout clearly and take the time to make sure Im doing every movement correctly keeping safety a top priority.I love showing up because the workouts are already planned. That one hour makes me feel great knowing Im doing something for myself and working toward becoming stronger and fitter.This place is more than just a gym. It provides positive support at EVERY level and challenges everyone in a way that fits them personally. Trial Built CrossFit is truly something special.

My husband and I absolutely love this place.The culture and community at Trial Built are truly something special and unlike anything weve experienced before. Its one of the main reasons we keep getting out of bed every morning and choosing to show up, even on the hard days. The energy, encouragement, and support you feel the moment you walk in the door is unmatched.The coaches genuinely care about you as a person, not just as an athlete. They take the time to meet you where you are, push you when you need it, and celebrate your progress along the way!Their goal isnt just for you to work outits for you to find real, lasting results and actually thrive in your health and life.Being at TRIAL BUILT is vulnerable. You cant hide behind makeup or a perfectly curated social media post. Trial Built is a place for real people showing up as they are, encouraging one another, and holding each other accountable while chasing healthier goals together. There is truly no other gym like this place. Its more than a workoutits a community, and honestly, it is family.My husband and I choose to be a part of this beautiful community. and to address the elephant in the room.... yes Crossfit is a bit more expensive than a typical gymbut the value goes far beyond the price! This is an amazing place for families, run by families. For those who have never tried CrossFit and may be hesitant, just come by and meet James and Bre (or any of the gym members for that matter) and I know your mind will be set at ease.There are classes throughout the week for kids of all ages (Minis, Kids, Teens) with their own coach...while simultaneously running separate classes for parents...with their own coach.Alot of places advertise they have this, but Trial Built actually delivers with massive space & size, MORE-than-enough equipment, and large staff of EXCELLENT coaches to pull this off in the highest quality.No coaches trying to simultaneously run kids/adults together. Never a concern having a kid run between your legs while trying to workout.No more sitting in the car and scrolling on your phone while the kids are doing their activities.Just come by and see what I'm talking about. (It'll be hard to walk away with any reasons not to get started.)
