Tremont Athletic Club

The gym has basic stuff but some equipment have torn seats/fabric, make a weird noise, or is just missing (weights for example). When brought up to the manager he said: if its not broken we wont be fixing those issues until the machines broken. Thats fine if youre a gym that charges way less than 100 a month, but youre not. So the standard should be more than just its working, it shouldnt be in bad shape. Same with cleaning, it seems like members need to wipe down all the time and change their shoes, but again thats if youre a low budget gym and dont have a bunch of employees standing chitchatting or working out. Other gyms in your price range have regular cleaning services and not just at closing. Maybe our membership dues could be used for things that would enhance our experience or make it more seamless or maintain the equipment. Lastly, the closing hours of 7pm/8pm on Friday and Sat and Sund are a little ridiculous for a gym and dont offer much time for people with regular jobs. Some feedback to seriously consider from a member for over 3 years now, rather than just check the box of responding to cover yourself. Thanks.

The best gym i've been to. Everyone who works there is extremely friendly and does a great job keeping the gym clean. I would 100% recommend this gym to anyone in the area!
