Hannah was great. My first visit to train716 was interesting - I watched my son lift so much weight with such focus and confidence. I loved the energy of this club;vibrant and motivating! Everyone was there to push their limits but also support each other. I pushed myself a little during the workout, and it felt good to challenge my body in a new way without feeling overwhelmed. The circuit training was especially effective because the segments were manageable, and I never ran out of steam. Each part flowed smoothly into the next, which kept me engaged and energized throughout. The staff and other members were kind and welcoming, making the whole experience feel friendly rather than intimidating. I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s class and seeing how much more I can improve.

I was very hesitant to join this gym at first. Until a friend who goes there convinced me to give it a try…the owner (Dave) was nice enough to let me try a class for free. Just put it this way…I haven’t stopped going back since!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I never feel judged for trying to better myself. I like the “thinkless” aspect of this place. You show up and the trainer shows you what you will be doing in each station…before you know it the class is over and you leave feeling accomplished. No more walking around the gym, clueless. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a new fun atmosphere. It’s like it’s own little family and I love it!!!
