Over 1.5 years for me at Tradewinds and what a wonderful choice I made for myself and my growing family! This picture is the perfect depiction of how it all started: opposites attract! I was not a fan of exercising, let alone a gym full of intimidating athletes. Mary (business owner) on the other hand was enthusiastic and optimistic and dared me to give it a try and offered flexibility in case it wasnt my jam. Well turned out the attraction stuck and here I am raving and recommending you this community gym to everyone.

When I moved to Winthrop, I was struggling with finding the right gym. I joined tradewinds close to one year ago and have never looked back. The team at tradewinds creates a fun, positive, and safe environment while working out. I feel so much stronger ever since joining tradeiwnds and even ran my first 5K with them yesterday which I would have never been able to do 6 months ago. Tradewinds focuses on stretching and warming up to make sure that you have an excellent and safe workout. I highly recommend tradewinds to anyone who wants to be motivated while continuing or embarking on their fitness journey!

Joining Tradewinds Fitness just over two months ago has completely transformed my life. Ive never felt stronger or seen such positive changes in my physique. Whats more, all the aches and pains that used to bother me have vanished. The trainers at Tradewinds are truly exceptional - They're knowledgeable, supportive, and dedicated to helping everyone reach their fitness goals. Beyond the trainers, the community of members is equally fantastic, creating a supportive and motivating atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Being part of Tradewinds fitness isnt Just about working out; its about belonging to a community that values health, wellness, and personal growth.
