Nice facility, but very inflexible policies.I was injured after only 3 visits early in the month and couldnt return, yet was still charged for most of the month. No prorating or mid-month freezes allowed.They eventually offered a partial credit, but not a refundwhich isnt helpful if you cant continue your membership.Just be aware: if something unexpected happens, theyre not very accommodating.There are other climbing gyms in the area that may offer more flexibility, so Id recommend looking into those before signing up here.
