I recently became a member less than a month. I work out at night because I work during the day. I went to work out I dropped a weight on my phone, mind you that's your key to getting inside the gym. I asked a member on the outside could he contact the owner he stated I wasn't a member and called the cops. I left my wallet Inside the gym and the owner finally was called .The owner acted as if I wasn't a member and was a criminal. The owner act as if I did something wrong. The owner stated I brought an unauthorized guest. Mind you the guest was trying to defuse a situation with the gentleman who stated I was not a member. Finally a older woman stated she has a card to get inside of the gym but couldn't get in I stated I can't get in and I can't let anyone inside. It was stated we disrespected the woman that was a lie. All of this just to retrieve my wallet. The gym is dirty, the shower area has dirt in between the floor tiles , the sauna room is not working and cold , the owner has a dog at the gym in the morning while your working out and I feel that's not safe. That's a place of peace and physical health. The equipment is like 1980. Mind you the owner has a shared female and male restroom. That's a bad idea ... Meanwhile you can pay for one life or planet fitness and get your full service and money worth. The gym is low budget.

I was so nervous to join a gym, and my friend recommended this one. Everyone is friendly and supportive. It may be small, but for those who are shy, it is the perfect place with the best people. There is a lot of equipment and even private classes you can join. My favorite is playing Wall Ball in the mornings!You can even get 24-hour access if you are on 2nd or 3rd shift!

This is the best gym in VA!! If you want results, this is the place to be. The owner opens his doors to anyone that wants change. And he will help you reach all of your goals.
