Gorgeous gym/studio for women. The owner is hands down one of the best trainers I’ve had. She is a positive, supportive, hard working, and an independent woman. The studio space is ALWAYS clean, and weights are always put back after in use. It is never packed, which is a perk so you aren’t waiting to share gym equipment with others! You are able to workout whenever you like with your 24/hour access key fob, and parking is always available right in front. I have a gym right by my house but I drive over 30 minutes just to go to her gym because I love it so much. Positive vibes always, and a very relaxing space.

Great gym, friendly staff, and has all the equipment you will need! Would recommend this gym to anyone in the area looking for something different than a Planet Fitness/larger gym for a place with more of a personal touch. The complimentary …
