Absolutely love this place. The circuits are changed daily and the trainers are awesome. So thankful I found TKO.

I didn’t work out for years and I needed something to get me back into the gym and TKO reignited my passion for working out. The staff members are not only knowledgeable but also genuinely invested in helping each member reach their fitness goals. They also made you feel like part of a supportive community. Alysse and Jaida are friendly and honestly they pushed me in a positive way to do more and I really appreciated them both. Their workouts are short and sweet. I recommend TKO to anyone trying to get off their butts and back into fitness.
