Troy is incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft. It is rare to find trainers with a passion and deep understanding of the nuances in the ever evolving landscape of fitness and sports training. My son plays youth travel hockey and initially began training with Troy to develop athleticism, strength, and mobility for injury prevention and longevity for the sport. I have since also began my own training with Troy in his adult group classes and individual sessions. He does a phenomenal job of adapting to both our individual goals and abilities. As a woman in her 40s, I love the strength and mobility regimen Troy tailors for me. Both my son and I have both noticed definite progress in ourselves since starting in late December and feel extremely fortunate to have found a trainer as well-informed and proficient as Troy. Highly recommend.
