Title 29 is amazing! Great staff, well kept facility, and a good rotation of workouts. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in.

This gym is great! I was a member 2021/2022 and the only reason why I left was because I moved out of the area. I returned this year and joined once again. After spending 3 years in different gyms, I can tell you there is something special at title 29. Coaches have always been supportive and there is a strong community at title 29 that is rarely found elsewhere. Coach Curtis will push you and the changes in the exercises everyday will add variety. I recommend this gym to anyone! Great for all levels of fitness.

Love Title 29. This has been my work out place for the past 8 months and I absolutely love it. All the trainers including the ownes are super nice and helpful. Shout out to Megan and Curtis who are always pushing us to do better. Sign up you won't regret it. You will be in the best shape ever.
