Ive been going to the Tuesday/Thursday womens strength class for a little over a month, and Ive had such a positive experience. Im a little more on the shy/quiet side, so I was nervous to start, but the women in the class and the coaches have been so welcoming and encouraging. I normally would just workout alone and would basically just guess on what to do for my workouts/how to do them with proper form. Lifting heavier weights always intimidated me. The coaches at three rivers have helped me learn proper form and technique and have provided a balanced environment of encouragement and difficult workouts without pushing you beyond your limits. I even feel so much more confident when I do my workouts by myself because I feel like I know so much more about what I am doing, how to properly lift, and how much to lift. I feel stronger and have noticed I have more energy day to day. Its a great community that Im glad I found.
