Wowwwwey!!! Im so sore! Such small movements that killllled me! She knows how to make a class fun, encouraging, and challenging for any level. I hadnt worked out in 2 years, and I felt right at home with modifications that still got me burning!

I am all about Group Fitness and Yoga Retreats. This past weekend I was so fortunate to make the time to attend a Yoga Retreat at the Riot in Wheatland. What an Incredible experience. Everyone was so kind and very supportive. What a cool Fitness Studio. I loved the Yoga Teacher; (Yesi) She taught the Yin class, the Power Class the Meditation and boy I was glowing after. Yesi will help anyone with their practice. I reccommend this Yoga Teacher and I reccommend this Gym whole-heartedly. I can't wait for the Next Yoga weekend or Group Workout/BootCamp on a weekend. Namaste

This gym has brought such a wonderful community of people together in our little town. They have a wide selection of classes for you to choose from and all the instructors are great. The Riot is such a charming, fun, and supportive place and it is just what I needed!
