The Pointe at Ballwin Commons

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had trying to rent a conference room for a baby shower.First, they tell me that even though I have a ballwin address with a ballwin zip code I am actually not eligible for the resident rate. Fine whatever I can live with it.But this is where it gets unexcusable. The person at the front desk passes off to this woman who clearly has no idea what she is doing. It takes her 10 minutes to log into the computer, then she takes a phone call right in front of us to get someone else signed up for a rental space! After she takes 5 minutes to get them signed up, she looks up and starts working with us. Tells us the space we want on our requested date was available and asks us multiple times which side we want and that we have options. She has us fill out a rental contract and starts working through this. Then right as were about to finish up 30 mintues later after she had struggled through this whole process, she tells us that she was wrong and the space is rented all day on our date. She didnt say sorry, seemed like she didnt care at all.The kicker, I asked her if we could have the paperwork back so i could dispose of it since it had all our personal info on it and she said no that it was a contract and they couldnt give it back to me. What contract? we have no contract you did not hold up to your end of things!

Definitely the cheapest place, as a ballwin resident, that met the requirements I needed for my daughter's last 2 birthday partys. I wanted a room that could accommodate 20-30 people that we could bring food and drinks. They also have party packs where you can swim and they provide food etc for
