Ive been going to this gym for almost a year now and thanks to their support I have been so confident! I have lost over 55 pounds thus far with the aid of their coaches.I highly recommend coming here to boost your confidence and help with any fitness goals.

You only die for a week (lol) but as early as the second week, your body begins to wake up to its potential. The staff is amazing! They are truly invested in your health & fitness. I highly recommend Pistokache Gym. You will be welcomed and challenged, but above all ENCOURAGED! Its an awesome community.
