Just wrapped on the 8 week course of Foundations Training with Nick. I went into the program with L4-L5 pain and the goal of strengthening my core as well as weight loss. Nick programs, stretches, exercises, and weight movements that really target all areas of concern and gave me the confidence to be able to step into a gym again.

I needed a place to train for a strongman competition and the noke was recommended to me and Im so glad! Lacey was so welcoming and I could tell she loves the gym! Large verity of equipment for strongman, CrossFit workouts, lifting or whatever you want. Definitely recommend!
