I love MAX Fitness in Bay Ridge. Been coming for a few years because of the fun energy, encouragement you get daily, and ultimately the results. They also provide a realistic nutrition plan. Its a great gym run by friendly, caring neighborhood people.

Since I've been there for 1 month it has been a great journey. MAX CHALLENGE staff and peers open up as a family. I feel the warmth and joy. The different programs we do everyday is so worth it and rewarding. Glad to be here.

I've had a great experience so far at MAX of Bay Ridge. The classes are the right amount of challenging and there's a good amount of variety that makes going to class fun. The environment and community are welcoming and encouraging as well. The nutrition guide provided in the challenge is very helpful & I feel I have everything I need to reach my goals.
