I put off going back to the gym for over a yearmainly because of the typical gym atmosphere. Cameras in your face while youre trying to work out, people staring or talking about you, and coaches who dont bother to correct your form or guide you properly.But I finally found a place thats completely different. A coach who genuinely cares, who motivates you to push yourself, and offers real advice because your health actually matters to him. The environment is positive, supportive, and everyones just focused on getting the work done.I cant recommend this place enough. Huge thanks to Coach Doug for the daily motivation and supportyouve made all the difference!

Been doing CrossFit for just over a month, and the experience has been incredible. Our coach is an amazing listener, and the group is super supportiveeveryones focused on reaching or maintaining their goals. The only competition is with myself, and Im making steady progress! Excited to see where the next few months take me.
