Great customer service from Tyler. The gym is private so you rarely have to worry about tons of people being there/sharing machines. The sleek look is clean and with great lighting, a full wall window and mirrored walls (great for working on form) it’s perfect for a lift any time of day/night.

Great gym at a great price, and conveniently located in the Cap Hill neighborhood. A good assortment of equipment, and usually not too crowded which is always a plus. Tyler is also super nice and made the sign up process very easy. You can sign up month to month or purchase a multi-month membership, so there's flexibility. Overall, would definitely recommend this gym for anyone who is looking for something straight-forward, effective, and affordable.
