The GYM

I come to the OBX every summer for about 2 weeks, and this has been a great place for me to keep up my weightlifting. I’m a 46 year old woman, and I feel comfortable here. The gym is small, which makes it less overwhelming, and it has all the equipment you need to get strong. The owner is friendly and helpful and the prices are reasonable. The vibe is chill and respectful. If you’re looking for a straightforward, no frills place to work out, I can’t recommend this place enough. I almost don’t want to write this review because I like that it’s never super crowded when I go.
