Tried to get in touch with these folks for a membership...several times. They do not answer the phone. They do not rewritten calls. They do not reply to voice mails. What a shame!!!

I hurt my back(not at the establishment) and told the owner I will be cancelling for a few months to recover after my procedure. He acknowledged. Unfortunately I was ONE DAY late on sending the email and got charged an extra month. At that point I haven’t used services for 3 weeks so I expected some grace and considering that I was returning, him putting that money towards my membership when I would have restored would have ensured not only my return, but my kid as well. Very money oriented, zero care for clients, bo customer service skills.

My 12 year old son has been going here for a couple of months now and he loves it. He looks forward to coming here. It has boost his confidence, focus, and already see a change in his muscle tone. The owner is easy going and good with kids.
