TFT is more than just a gym. Its a place where you feel welcomed and better yourself with a team of great trainers! Eric and his team make you feel as a valued member. Its a family atmosphere and around other who want to better themselves as well. If you feel you want to make a change in your life, TFT is the place to take the leap of faith! I went from being a Type 2 diabetic, to reversing it and losing 35 lbs in 6 months! If I can do it, you can too with the TFT team!!

Loving the engagement from the trainers, everyone is very knowledgeable and warm. Highly recommend trying it out no matter the fitness level. Also really enjoying the quarterly challenges to get everyone motivated

My fitness routine has gotten back on track since I joined TFT about 2-3 years ago.. I was MOST fit in 2016 and am getting back on track with my goals.. With the trainers at TFT.. I am hoping to get back what I lost back in 2016! I am grateful to have found a new gym that I can call home :)
